1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Banglabaji website (banglabaji.best) and mobile application. By registering on Banglabaji, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted all of these terms.

Banglabaji reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. For significant updates, registered members will be notified via email or in-app notification.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Banglabaji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration. Inaccurate information may cause issues with withdrawals later.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Banglabaji Support immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Banglabaji currently supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 100
• Maximum Deposit (Daily): ৳ 5,00,000
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500
• Maximum Withdrawal (Daily): ৳ 2,00,000
• The name on your account must match the name on your mobile banking account at the time of withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• If your balance doesn't update after a deposit, contact support with your transaction ID.

Banglabaji does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, fees from your payment provider may apply. Banglabaji reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.

4Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on Banglabaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. A cashout option is available for live betting under specific conditions.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• If odds are published in error resulting in unusually high payouts, Banglabaji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The maximum payout on a single bet varies by sport and market.
• Bets may be voided on events linked to match-fixing or other corrupt activities.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Banglabaji offers a variety of bonuses, each with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to a new member's first deposit only. Can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts generally require 5x to 20x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus conditions must be met within a specified time period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claim bonuses, all bonuses will be voided.
• Banglabaji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6Lottery Rules

Separate rules apply for participation in the Banglabaji lottery section:

• Lottery draws are conducted using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Results are fully impartial and verifiable.
• Tickets may be cancelled after purchase but before the draw begins. No changes are possible once the draw has started.
• Winnings are credited to your wallet automatically. Large wins may be subject to a verification process.
• Draw results are final. If you have any objections, you must contact Support within 48 hours.
• Lottery jackpot withdrawals may take up to 72 hours to process.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Banglabaji:

• Creating more than one account for the same individual.
• Registering under multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.
• Using arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any other form of unethical betting strategy.
• Depositing using stolen or another person's payment method.
• Attempting to hack the platform, use bots, or engage in any other form of technical fraud.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Banglabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. We recommend withdrawing any remaining wallet balance before doing so. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Banglabaji is committed to responsible betting. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment — not an addiction.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Limit decreases take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• You can take a temporary account break for a set period (1 day to 6 months).
• For permanent self-exclusion, you can close your account for good by contacting support.

10Dispute Resolution

For any disputes regarding betting results or payments, please contact Banglabaji Support first. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of the complaint.

• Disputes regarding betting results must be raised within 48 hours of the draw.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 72 hours of the transaction.
• Banglabaji's decision shall be considered final.

11Privacy & Data Protection

12Rule Changes & Enforcement

Banglabaji may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes become effective from the date of publication.

For major changes, users will be notified 7 days in advance via registered email or app notification. Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
